Dr. Hadi performs all upper and lower eyelid surgeries. He chooses the transconjunctival and transcutaneous techniques for lower eyelids according to the patient’s condition. He performs a special surgical technique that combines the lower eyelid with the middle, lower face lift and buccal fat elevation.
Lower blepharoplasty techniques are effective to provide rejuvenation on nasojugal area, midface ptosis and tear trough deformity. Additionally, it is also possible to correct the lower face area and jowls with lower blepharoplasty. Vertical space lift gives an opportunity to correct midface, lower face and jowl area. It also can be combined with superolateral classic facelift. Dr. Hadi performs endoscopic browlift, temporal lift and midface lift operations. He performs it under the name of “ponytail facelift” especially for patients who are young and do not want scars. The surgery is called “Scarless facelift”.
Hadi performs all superficial and deep plane facelift techniques. He prefers the Extended deep plane facelift technique from deep plane facelift techniques in terms of longevity. Recently, preservation techniques have come to the fore in deep plane facelift techniques, as in rhinoplasty. The aim here is to protect the skin as much as possible and to perform the surgery in a deep plane. In this way, there is much less bruising and swelling on the face and recovery is much faster. For this reason, the deep plane facelift surgery technique is preferred as the ”Preservation deep plane facelift’ technique.
